Shaco Devourer Bug [Gamebreaking]

Okay I've been noticing a huge gamebreaking bug with shaco using devourer enchantment. When you have devourer and you jungle im not entirely sure when or how but I've noticed when jungling i get an increasing amount of devourer wolves following me. Ive tested in over 30 games and its the same every time. By the end of the game i have between 15-30 dogs following me and they dont go away when the devourer is sated. You can not walk through them, they bunch up around you, and the only way to get out of them during a teamfight is to Q-Decieve over them or and it is very annoying. Even when selling the devourer they stay.

Recreating: (Step 1): Get devourer (its the worst with Rangers Trailblazer) (Step 2): Jungle like normal, Q, Ult, Die, etc (Step 3): Notice you have a million purple dogs following you (Step 4): Cry

I sadly dont have pictures of this occurance but if you take it into a game you will notice within the first 10 minutes. As a shaco main it is very hard to play him because devourer shaco is very good but also impossible to play lategame with all the dogs. If pictures are required to fix this bug i will gladly go out and go get them but it is easy to recreate.
