[CLIENT] Trying to reconnect popping up every 30 seconds while im in client

since the last patch i have been having this problem where i get a "trying to reconnect" message every 20 seconds or so and it would go away after 10 seconds or so(sometimes im lucky enough to get into a game when the queue times are shorter), also while in game my voice chat keeps disconnecting all the time.

I've tried a lot of stuff that includes : -disabling firewall -disabling IPv6 -connecting via **WiFi **instead of an **Ethernet **cable -client repair, repatching, **uninstalling **and reinstalling -the **Hextech repair **tool -setting the **DNS **for my router manually

none of the above helped me please i need help!
