Ping system bug

I played morgana and i wanted to ping that my ult was ready. But i coudnt cause my ult has a area activation. That means he cant be pinged by the system. [zombie-brand-mindblown] I hope they fix it. What champs have the same problem with activation in area?? I cant think of an champ atm.
