Store black screen

So, when I click Store except of showing the stuff you can buy it's just a BLACK SCREEN,it really annoys me bcs I maybe want to buy skins,a champion and I've looked for a fix already.The IE fix does not work,this has happend 2 years ago I found posts yes and it still hasn't been fixed.It's just really annoying
