Season 6 I didn't get my Boarder/ Icon

Hey Riot Games, last season witch was season 5 I finished my promos and got bronze 4 then i worked my way all the way to silver 5 then now season 6 i logged on i played a match and i didn't see my boarder then when i went to look threw my icons i didn't see the icon for getting silver in season 5 witch i gotten. Then I was confused i asked my friend if they knew what was going on they didn't know so i thought to myself sense i finished my promos off last season with bronze then ill probably have the bronze icon for season 6 so i scrolled threw my icons and i didn't even have the bronze icon witch was wired cause if you look i'm a silver 5 please help me out with this bug or something?

So i hope you guys can help me out here by getting me my Silver icon and Boarder please
