Grade wont load

Whenever I finish a game, it goes to this screen which is all good. But then it infinitely loads my "grade" and wont let me ever see how many mastery points I got or my grade. It also annoys me because it happens under any situation. >30 ranked win, <50 Normal loss. No rhyme or reason. A fix would be nice.
