Client is being extremely laggy

Client started to be extremely laggy. Idk what happened but I think its caused by Fall Creator's update from Microsoft. But still, in game I am perfectly fine. But in lobby. I can't even properly ban.¨

EDIT: I realized, that if client is minimized it runs smoothly. Hope it helps.
