Game crashed

I made a thread last night after my game had crashed just as the game started and it just happened again. This is the second game in a row and I'm a little scared to try it a third time. There is a serious problem with your client right now and something needs to be done about it. There are plenty of other people experiencing the same issue I am (many of which are paying customers like myself) and this issue needs to be addressed. If a red bar could at least show face and say something is being done about this issue then I know I'd be happy. There is no conformation that anything is being done though. So, am I just supposed to look at a black screen and hope? Something needs to be done NOW. Even if its just a "hey guys we know about the issue" but we don't even have that.
