Starting a rank game (gameplay lobby)

So i started a rank game and click accept. while it loaded the champ select it never happened and i had to quit. I got a error message that an error happened and that i need to report it.

What i did was alt tab to Google chrome while it was loading the page for champ select.

I had to leave and now im getting a penalty for leaving a game. i lost 3 lp wich i WOULD like to get back if possible and i had a 5 min suspension.

No big deal if i cant get the LP back and i can live with a 5 min waiting time. im just a bit dissapointed that for something that i havent done ii got punished.

Also if that action affect my account in any matter (leave buster check mark or something), i would apreciate if they got removed. Thank you.
