unable to see accept or decline sometimes

i have recently tried to play a few bot games and the que would say approx. 9 secs. when it would reach about 1 min or so i would close out and try to restart the que. After about 5 times or so of this the next game i joined said i had a five and a half minute wait time do to to many declines or inactivity. I dont know if for some reason its my computer (i find unlikely) or the client acting up. please help thank you
