[CLIENT] Masteries and Runes bug in champ select

Hi I've encountered this before, but believe I've found the cause. In champ select, runes and masteries occasionally break. Attempting to change either in the drop downs will produce an "Error: A suitable error message could not be found" message. Masteries and runes will then be stuck on whatever you had last match. Which is inconvenient if you were playing a tank last match and an ap caster this match.... This only appears to happen after viewing another summoner's runes and masteries through the client.

Step 1. In the profile viewer, search for another summoner and navigate to their runes or masteries. Step 2. Queue for game, accept when ready. Step 3. Broken masteries.
