[Gameplay] Not able to buy multiple Health Potions

I've had this happen twice, The first with Ekko and the second with Jarvan. Both games I was playing jungle:

1. Bought a Hunter's Talisman and then go to buy 3 Health potions (would turn to biscuits due to masteries).
2. Click to buy the first pot, successful.
3. The pots/biscuits are now darkened out and I cannot purchase anymore pots unless I sell for refillable potion.

Don't have any video of this occurring due to not having replay/recording going. This hasn't happened but only these 2 games over 6.1 and 6.2 where I probably have close to 100 games. Not sure if anyone else has gotten this issue or what. Thanks.
