Singed's Q damage is bugged

So basically Singed's Q damage is bugged and I was told by Riot Games Support I should be posting it here, the screenshot is on the twitter link.

Have you tested it, is it just a tooltip bug or actual damage, as I've seen someone play singed and he wasn't dealing that little damage, but I might be wrong. Anyway have my upvote, hope someone sees it.
Yes I did play Singed and I was kinda shocked because I dealt absolutely no damages on enemy Tryndamere, this is the main reason why I checked again the patch note to see the actual damages that it should've dealt on the enemies, so this is a real bug, can't play Singed at the moment..
