[Gameplay] Kalista re-bind bug

This bug occurred for me (as of yet only once, but I will update if I notice it again) while playing Kalista and trying to switch my bound teammate. I re-bought the binding item and clicked on my jungler, which is how I thought that it should work. However, upon doing this I hear the bell toll (the sound that occurs when you bind with someone) and the item went on cooldown, but there was no channel and I was unable to rebind to him. I attempted this multiple times to no avail, both of us moving, both of us standing still, nothing worked. I also tried different teammates in case that was the issue, but that also did not work. I am not sure if this occurs everytime someone plays Kalista, but the steps I took to have this happen were:

1. Play Kalista
2. Re buy the binding item later in the game (this occurred at around 10-15mins in for me)
3. Try and rebind with a different teammate than the original bound member.

**note: I also tried to re-bind with my current bound member to see if that would somehow remove them as my bound teammate, but this too made the bell toll sound and put the item on CD, very strange. Will update this post if it occurs again.
