Gamebreaking Zac Bug! Needs Fix asap!

In my last game in SR there was a Zac that every time he died his passive went off twice, then immediately resurrected him at full health while the passive is still on the ground. This happened twice during the match both our team and theirs (including the Zac) was dumbfounded. Everyone in the game said we have to report the bug, so here I am. This is no one time thing, or due to any items equipped . PLEASE look into this.
