League Client not downloading

Today, after coming home, I wanted to play a game of League, but my client didn't open, after I restarted, it still didn't open, so I tried reinstalling it. the installation process worked, but when it got to the launcher installation, it doesn't move at all, I tried to let it run for about 30 min now, but still nothing. Please fix this bug. Thanks.
