[GAMEPLAY] Bug started with Patch 6.5.16_03_04_23_13

Hello, its my frist time report a bug in LoL but its very very annoying to me + its frist time happen , when i login into my acc then enter to Play Rift normal pick my champ every thing is ok till nw but when match start then minions start moving game freez even my ping is good (ms low), exit & enter again but same :/ . so i dnt knw why its happen, my isp is ok with this game from months so i think its patch bug cuz its happen after update to this patch frist game play.

But weird thing when i'm trying to play on vpn gameplay working normaly but with High ms cuz vpn so maybe also problem come from my ISP (Vodafone Egypt) i dnt knw ughh :( Support ADSL technical team (Chat) >> Here Customer Service (E-mail) >> Here
