Looting Bug?
I was just looting not 5 mins ago, I had 4 key fragments, which I made in to a key, but when I clicked on the OPEN button for the chests, It just disappeared and I got nothing, and my key is gone. Help?

I think it's a visual bug when you craft a key and immediately open a box which contains permanent content (no shards). Could you check your Store > Profile > Purchase History and see if you received a Summoner Icon? Icons are permanent only and go directly to your account, and come with some Essence too.
If this isn't what happened, you can post over in Help & Support and they'll take a peek into your content history to see what happened.
