Rek sai tunnel glitch

There has been a glitch with rek sai since release, When playing and tunneling with rek sai sometimes the tunnel will create through the terrain you want but lock rek sai at the starting end of the tunnel and not send her through. For example, I am playing on the top side team and i go to gank the bot lane from our top side tri-bush. I create a tunnel which goes through the animations however it makes rek sai stick to the tunnel entrance and does not send her through. The same thing occurs when tunneling from top river bush to the top (bot side) tower area. This glitch happens around larger portions of terrain that you should be able to tunnel through. i am a rek sai jungle main and had over 1400 ranked rek sai games last season and currently ranked number one in the world for most ranked rek sai games played this season, So i have pretty much memorized the ins and outs of her. Please advise as to what type of recourse you can provide the community. This glitch doesn't happen constantly or even 80 percent of the time but it seems to happen at the most horrific times like when you ping that your ganking and then you cant because you cant go through the tunnel you just made. I am referring to the initial tunnel not using it and then waiting for the refresh.
