Aurelian Sol bug?

I was playing against an Aurelian Sol earlier today, and during the middle of the match, everyone one my team could see him, even in the fog of war. Not sure if this is a bug or intended to happen.

You can see his passive when he is in a bush and you can see him when he flies even in the fog of war.
