I can't refund a champion. How long do support tickets take?

I posted a support ticket yesterday to help me remove a skin. I was just wondering how long it usually takes for a support ticket to be responded to. Anyone know?

I'm not sure how long it usually takes but I'm curious why you'd want to remove the skin? There should be an option to refund the skin?

why not just keep it. Tbh its a free skin, i owned a few free skins that i though i'd never use, then later i was like oh. I like this champion now.
