I can't refund a champion. How long do support tickets take?

I posted a support ticket yesterday to help me remove a skin. I was just wondering how long it usually takes for a support ticket to be responded to. Anyone know?

I'm not sure how long it usually takes but I'm curious why you'd want to remove the skin? There should be an option to refund the skin?

Well, I really just want to Refund Jhin. He is an expensive champion & i thought i'd like him. but he's pretty tough.

When i went to refund him, It wont let me. Apparently you cannot refund a champion if you have a skin for them. But I got the skin from a chest for free (didn't spend money on it), so doesn't let me refund the skin. In essence, i have 3 refunds available, but no way to refund Jhin.

I was hoping riot could just delete the skin from my account. Do you know a way around this?

why not just keep it. Tbh its a free skin, i owned a few free skins that i though i'd never use, then later i was like oh. I like this champion now.

Well, he's worth quite a bit of essence, and after playing him for about a week, there are a few other champions id rather have. I mean i could keep him, but he'd just be 6k essence i don't have. And i'd rather have a different champ.

(also lost my first 9/10 games so im a little bitter about him XD)

i mean one champ I can say the same for is ekko, season 8 ekko not this one shot buffed bs, though he wasnt right for me, then started playing more and discovered he fit me well. Also have gotten 5/6 of his skins free through chests lmao
