@riot Aatrox bug is weird

Hi all

I don't have a video to prove this, but I played a game as aatrox earlier today and realized quickly that somehow my blood thirst/blood price, my w, was proccing on inhibitors, but not towers. I tested this in game, but I do not have recording software to prove this to you, but I was wondering if this was on justicar aatrox, or all aatrox, and also if it was working intended. If this is a bug, can we maybe get a QoL change to get his w to proc on towers too instead of getting rid of this??

EDIT: Also if someone would be willing to video this bug and post it on this thread, I will put it into the OP.
