ZAC GAMEPLAY BUG

Hello League of Legends community. I just finished playing a game as Zac jungle. I am not exactly sure of the events leading up to the bug, I lost the ability to cast my "e" (elastic slingshot) due to reasons unknown. The most that I can recall is that I had died (without passive up), bought a giant's belt, spawned, and walked to the purple side wolves wall. When I arrived at the wall, I pressed "e" but it did not go off. At first I thought that I was lagging, but I soon found out that was not the case. After a few seconds of violently mashing my "e" key, I decided to try and click on the ability itself rather than press the hotkey. That also did not work. The game time was around 27:30 and I did not get the opportunity to wait and see if the bug fixed itself over time. I am not sure if anyone else has had this bug occur and I also have not tried to recreate it. I hope that someone else can support this bug and raise its awareness.

Tl;dr ZAC "E" IS BUGGED. CAN NOT CAST.
