[CLIENT] I am trying to buy Alantean Syndra and Syndra in the new snowdown shop and it wont let me buy her, i bought Ace of Spades ezreal and it worked just fine but when i try to buy syndra it doesnt work at all and it gave me that error. I have tried multiple times yesterday and today and still the same error. Please help!
There's something going on with the Snowdown Shop that is preventing people from buying the discounted skins if:
1.) That skin is currently on sale in the store.
or
2.) The champion is currently on sale in the store (this only applies if you do not own the champion already).
Since you don't own Syndra, this is why you can't make the purchase right now, because Syndra is currently on sale for 50%.
Now, you can either buy Syndra for 50% off, and this will allow you to buy the Atlantean Syndra skin at whatever discount you have, or you can wait until Syndra is no longer on sale (which is tomorrow) to buy both Syndra and the skin at the discounted price.
As they guy stated before, just wait tomorrow and buy her then. On a side note, Lucky!!!!, I was hoping for the Atlantean Bundle as well, but I could the Justicar Bundle(which is just as good, I just have a thing for water).
