Vi's Q

I have been playing all day and haven't ran into lag when playing and i dont know if it is me but when i have been playing vi the game is fine other then a lag spike when i use my Q. But the thing is it is only when i use my Q. Sorry if this isnt the way i am ment to report a problem but anything should help.
