Game crashes and wont load

For the past basically 3 weeks since the update it won't let me into a single game but like every 5 games i try to play. Its either a disconnect or the game just fails to load at all. THEN today it gives me a 5 minute leaver buster for something outside of my control. I don't see why some players are being punished for something they can't control at all. Even int eh loading screen goes from 0 to 8% then to 16 and just stays there.. Really annoyed i reinstalled did the hextech repair and everything i could think of and yet nothing works at all. Really a bad bug to ahve where players are constanly getting their mood to play a game ruined.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
