Game completely freezes for a minute or more

Game freezes for no apparent reason. I was in game and around the 1:03 minute mark it freezes for a bit over a minute and then around 23:40 it freezes again, this time forcing me to turn off and turn back on my computer. I've only had this problem after the 9.14 update... Any fixes?
