[CLIENT] After a Dodge/match find the client becomes Immovable until the accept button is pressed.

[CLIENT] Sorry, this happened on the KR server. Will not know if it will repeat on NA

1. In the middle of selecting champions, i am fixing a mastery page.
2. while fixing the mastery page, client has been moved so that only the top half is visable on my screen.
3. after someone dodges the queue, I no longer can move the client in order to accept the prompt that someone has left/that the next group of people have been found, forcing me to have to close the client in order to proceed.

This can be reproduced for anything that is related the small box interface that appears after a queue has been found or disbandend, can reproduce everytime. The client is immovable after queue pops or the similar box appears.
