Accept Screen stuck after accepting, forcing me to dodge [CLIENT]

When I accepted the game accept screen, I went into a game lobby and I could only see the bottom left of the screen which showed the players who joined the lobby, but the rest of the screen was just black with a blank accept screen circle. I was forced to dodge the game as I could not lock in a champion or see the interface of the lobby. However after I was forced to leave the lobby, the accept screen still stayed.

I do not know how to recreate this bug as I only clicked the accept button and I'm unaware of any way to recreate it.

I have only encountered this issue once today and I hate to lose lp because of a game client bug.
