no health bars/fix auto bans

known bug where you load into game and there's no health bars. if you reset the game your at risk of getting banned what if you get banned for leaving the game because you tried to fix issue on riot part. Riot needs to fix banning system instead of auto system that gives bans for inactivity 5 mins. i was game 3v3 no health bars and experience gank and i coudlnt see happening, i thought jax was minion until leap. by that time. i have played league of legends for good on/off 4 years. i love the game and requires lot of skill.
