Mac version in game keyboard problem

Every summoner's rift game, after like 15 min, the problem shows up periodically . The mouse's in game icon becomes mac system's mouse icon, and no matter what key I press, it does not work at all. It usually last 20 sec. And show up every 2-3 min.
