Loading Issues

Nearly every time i try to get into a game it takes me to the champion select screen, lets me pick a champ, starts loading the game, and then it black screens and dosnt let me connect it just shows a black screen. I have tried reconnecting, then i restart League and it lets me type my password and just says logging in forever. This has just begun occuring recently and i would like to be able to play League again . Thanks for keeping such a great game running smoothly most of the time.
