[Gameplay] Muramana worth 0 Gold???

I was far into the game playing Varus, when my items go to the point of needing to change to crit build, I noticed that selling my Muramana was giving me 0 gold instead of the 1650 it is supposed to give when selling. Same problem with Seryphs. I have been in this instance twice so far in 7.23 and I would appreciate someone fixing this.
