[GAMEPLAY] Stuttering when the champion is moving from offscreen to onscreen

There is visual stuttering when the champion or minion is moving from offscreen to onscreen right near the bottom of the screen. It happens every time but doesn't seem to affect the overall FPS of whatever is inside. It is really annoying. I have seen some thread about it but no fixes yet.

It updates less on the parts that are not supposed to be viewed. If you have an unconventional resolution (like 3 screens) or maybe on a normal resolution on the far corners, it updates only a few times per second. This is to save resources, allowing League of Legends to run smoothly.

EDIT: I only now noticed it is way worse it is normally. There has changed something this patch indeed.

For me It start happens after last patch, I play in my laptop the resolution is 1366x768. I noticed when playing ARAM on right side, the way the map is you usually focus on the bottom-left corner when playing range champions. Is annoying I can't play with that stuttering, it gives me motion sickness.

I was able to reproduces by moving the camera in a position that the feets of the champion or entity don't show it stutter.

I experience that too, but I suspected it's because of my weak PC
