[Gameplay] Frostfang give 5G instead of 10

I was in a ranked game playing Janna and I noticed that every time I hit an enemy or tower with Frostfang, it was only giving 5g. It fixed with the upgrade to Frost Queens, but I must have lost a fair chunk of gold for the glitch
