[GAMEPLAY] Sterak's Gage Base Attack Damage not showing on character panel

The character panel doesn't update properly when buying Sterak's Gage, but when you hover the AD value it is correct.

1. Bought Sterak's Gage
2. Look at your AD
3. Hover over AD
4. Value isn't the same
