i think i t s a bug but i m not sure . Wukong takes skarner altars with clone

This is pretty cool actually. Does it also work with shaco clone? I guess it would.
Not sure if it's a bug, it might be intentional. Clones count as champions for certain interactions. For example abilities that can only be cast on champs can be cast on clones aswell.
