New Heimer Bug

When you put down a turret sometimes Heimer decides to put down 2 turrets, essentially mini stunning you and stacking turrets. Even worse is if you put down a turret and then try to do a different ult when this bug triggers he will put down an ult turret instead.

Seeing as the bugs hes had since his rework havent even been looked at and you added more big bugs by changing useless things about him like CDR affecting his beam charges, I dont expect these to get fixed but still.
