I cant pick my champ

When ever I queue I can click accept but I Cant get to the champ select page. It leaves me on the home screen. I can hear the sounds from people picking their champs, but I can't see what they pick or where people are playing. I had to leave 3 champ selects because of this bug, and I'm afraid to queue anymore because of the dodge timer. I even did a full repair of the game and it didn't work.
