Random Item Vanishing Bug

I was playing Ranked Solo/Duo as Ryze, I went back to shop and sold my refillable potion to buy catalyst and my blasting wand vanished from my inventory as I bought it. At the time I didn't realise, and then I thought I sold it by accident when I sold the potion, but the replay shows otherwise. The order I bought the items were: sapphire crystal>refillable potion>control ward>blasting wand> control ward> sold refillable potion and bought catalyst> blasting wand vanished.

I tried to create the bug again multiple times and I couldn't get it to work, but it seems pretty serious, I hope its a super rare bug.
