Game Crashing Because I chose Yasuo in champ. select

So i choose Yasuo in champ select and when the game loads and gets into the game, I'm left with a frozen screen of the blue base. I can't move the screen and i cannot, also, see any of the champs that are in the game. I can only see the platform and everything else, but not the champs. I'm forced to ctrl+atl+delete and restart my computer and every time I'm getting a late start to the game and i lose lane. This has happened in the past 3 Yasuo games that I've played and it's frustrating.
