Game Freezing

I encountered game freezing problems in every single game after recent update, the video freezes but I can still hear the background music and sound. I can not quit the game and the only solution is to restart the computer. I have already turned off the game bar and game DVR.I also noticed that the frame rate becomes unstable after the recent update, I can get steady 120 fps before and the frame rate can drop to 60 recently. My laptop has Nvidia GTX1070 video card and the driver is up to date. Please Help.
