Problem with buying runes

So a while ago, I bought, or at least tried to buy armor and magic resist runes. After I got them, I went to redo my rune page. The problem was they weren't there. I assumed they didn't transfer out of the store so I went back and they weren't there. I clicked show owned and there they were, couldn't buy them of course since I just "bought" 9 of each. Go to my purchase history and I see them, yet I don't really have them. They were only tier 2 runes, but I would still like to have them.

TL;DR I bought tier 2 runes but don't have them.
