I just bought Nidalee for 6300 IP but it said the cost was 3150 IP and the refund is only 3150 IP. Im not sure if this a bug or a visual glitch but i would like the difference put back or a full refund of my 6300 IP.

Try restarting your client. In most cases, this is simply a visual glitch that only affects the number shown on your client but doesn't reflect the actual amount of IP that you have.
