League of legends cleint bug

was in champ select and one of my team mates banned ekko but ekko wont get banned. The timmer reached 0 and everyone was stuck in champ select. We are currently stuck in champ select for about 10 minutes. Rito we need Helperino.

one of my team mates tried closing the cleint and he added me as a friend. Now he is saying he cant join games.

i closed my client and re-opened it and now i cant seem to join any other game.... i tried creating a draft game and the screen keeps loading.

tried joining a blind pick game and the queue was less than 1 second. i was able to join a game and everything seems fine... i hope draft pick works after this.

finished my blind pick.... draft pick still doenst work... riot we need help
