Wooglet's Deathcap Tooltip/AP not displaying correctly.

As requested by RIOT Rose, I'm posting a bug I informed them of involving Wooglet's Deathcap. The additional AP given by Wooglet's is not displaying properly, however the AP given is still received as it should be. It's displaying itself constantly as offering "0" bonus AP.

As of 5/5/2015 this bug still is effecting Wooglets. (Experienced on Crystal Skar playing as Viktor)
