[GAMEPLAY] Jhin's w visual bug

As a Jhin main, I sometime's get a w mark visual bug. Basically, for some reason, a champion on the enemy team has a permanent w mark on them, usually with no animation, and when they really get mark they get a second mark on top of the other mark and then w snares them. I don't know what causes this bug, it just randomly happens. I wouldn't have a big issue, but it is bothering me for quite some time. I though it might of gotten fixed by now, but i just don't see it as often.
