Dark Star Thresh - Lantern Bug Report

When you die as DS (Dark Star) Thresh and respawn, you respawn without lantern, it looks like you threw it with w, only the small star is there without the galaxy (lantern). You can get it back by throwing W and someone taking it or walking out of the range of the lantern.

Please Help Dark Star Thresh not loose his galaxy ,
