Sion on dominion [Crash]

An ally Sion just ran in to enemy fountain after 10 minutes of dancing on mid . Before he died he said "GG WP" and then he died and got teleported to our fountain and server crashed. I dont even have it in my match history. I'm afraid of Dominons now ;_;

Edit: We could recreate this bug. My friend ran in to enemy spawn, died, passive got triggered and then he tried to use every champion skill at once, server crashed.
