Game keeps being stuck on loading screen.

Hi, please, I need help!

So I have been having this issue of being stuck in the loading screen and not get into the game, no matter how long I wait and then have to restart the client completely (Like close the program) and log in again. Sometimes it works and recently it didn't. Me and the people I play with are on voice chat and they keep telling me that they are in game and I am still waiting and I worry not to get an afk ban or reported. I recently had a match as and I coulnd't play because of this issue. I am pretty sure I got an afk ban for it (because I got a warning 2 games ago).

Seriously, it is very unfair on me because it wasn't my intention to go afk and I cannot do anything that is completely NOT under my control. I recently had to uninstall the game because a dll file was missing and the game was crashing when I tried to load. I tried downloading the dll file and it didn't work. I am going to install the game as soon as possible and hope it will work again properly, but if the game keeps bugging like this i am going to need help from you guys.

Riot and players, please help, I don't want to stop playing this game because I really like it and it's gonna be very sad if I do get permabanned or anything. I am still SORT of new in League so if I missed out anything please let me know (Also, first time posting on forums).
